Procedure to enrol into MEOW MEOW Family Day Care(Registered with KIDS FDC)

step 1

Go to MyGov – apply for child care subsidy

step 2

Download the IMMUNISATION Statement

step 3

Then go to ffdc.hubworks.com.au(using computer)

step 4

Fill in the Enrolment form and also submit the Immunisation form

step 5

Click on SUBMIT button

step 6

Forms are signed and completed with educator.

step 7

Go back to MyGov and confirm your childs enrolment with FFDC

step 8

Go into Hubworks to confirm Complying Written Agreement (CWA)
